Exclusions

Overview

Exclusions help you improve your data accuracy by excluding issues from calculations that were canceled, not completed, deprecated, etc.

Configure

1. Go to Organization settings -> Exclusions

2. Click Configure

   
3. Select statuses and resolutions that you want to exclude

   
4. Click Save

   

After that Haystack will recalculate all of your historical data, excluding statuses and resolutions that you’ve selected.

Recalculating all historical data will take up to 10 minutes.

Updating exclusions might change historical data for all teams
